Abstract
Arbitration is one of the important laws prevalent in ancient and modern times because of its effective role in resolving disputes at the local and international levels. Official documentation is considered a legal process, the document can be authenticated by a legal authority or a recognized legal certification. This work aims to study and understand the concept of arbitration, how it is organized, and the considerations of its decisions as official documents.
The researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach to the provisions and laws of Jordanian evidence. Researchers have concluded that arbitration decisions are considered official documents if they follow the necessary legal and administrative rules and procedures for documenting them. Accordingly, arbitration decisions are considered official documents and their rulings are implemented as stated in the Jordanian Arbitration Law. Researchers recommend enhancing legal awareness of the importance of arbitration as an effective means
of resolving local and international disputes.
