Information Policy of the State in the Context of Growing Cyber Threats

Abstract
The research subject matter is the foundations of the National concept of the state policy on information in the era of digitalization with an emphasis on cybersecurity. The study aim is to determine possible means to increase the level of information policy efficiency, considering the concept of technological society in the context of digitalization, research into international standards for ensuring cyber security, ideas of a national model of information policy for providing cyber security. The comparison was used to analyze and summarize the approaches to the implementation of digital transformation in public relations. Apart from that, the
specific parameters of the activities of the National Agency on Corruption Prevention
in terms of digitalization were singled out. Besides, the inductive and deductive methods allowed to distinguish approaches to the information policy model. The authors established that the components of state policy in the context of digitalization include the following components: 1) electronic governance; 2) cyber security. Moreover, the elements of the national model of information were singled out. The results of the research proved that the introduction of the latest information technologies in the activities of government entities creates the need to improve cyber defense.
