All the best! The title may be confusing with the five stars given. But with the personalized and detailed instructions from Wacom’s customer support they deserve it. I updated my MacBook Pro to Catalina and started this program.

At first, the steps were pretty confsuing and when I didn’t see certain folders or files, I finally reached out to customer support.

Uwe Huedepohl was so extremely helpful with everything. When I emailed support, I thought I’d get a reponse back in a few days. It was 10 minuets!!! AND he was in the office until around 7pm helping me out. Come to find out, if you have the Clean My Mac application on your computer, you do have to change some things up as its not entirely compatible with Wacom I just deleted the entire application since I never use it.

That, and you also have to pay attention to which Driver you download. After I did a clean of my files, deleted some software, and with Uwe’s help -of course- I set the tablet up in less than 20 min.

After running through it 4 times it became a lot easier to navigate. Best advise would be to trust the process and if you need any help, contact customer support.

Something I have never experienced before! Oh and the app is amazing, so much work and detail has gone into this. It’s easy to follow and I was able to get my old Intuos 3 up and running again on Catalina.

But I quickly found a problem with the cursor shaking while using the mouse or pen. If I grounded my left hand on the frame of my iMac, the shaking would stop-very strange. I found a few others online who had the same issue with their tablets and it had nothing to do with this Connect my Tablet app.

The answer for most seemed to be changing the frequency to “standard mode” instead of “recognition data”. This required going to the tablet preferences pane to make the adjustment. Unfortunately, achieving connectivity with this app means you won’t have access to all preference options.
