Suicide – Bombing: A Unique Threat to Security Agencies in Pakistan

Abstract
This paper deals with a unique threat posed by suicide bombing in law-enforcement context
in Pakistan. The primary focus is on operational abilities of security forces as well as their
limitations in face of suicide attacks. Attention is paid to justificatory techniques deployed
by suicide bombers and their effectiveness in current sociopolitical and international
context.
