Introduction
Information and communications technologies (ICT) are now crucial elements
of everyday life best illustrated by the rapid growth of the Internet and social
networks in cyberspace. The rapid expansion of e-commerce and the Internet has
brought many benefits but also the emergence of various forms of crime that exploit
the strengths and weaknesses of mass inter connectivity.
